From our practical experience, diagnostics via video consultation have proven effective. This approach reduces the stress of traveling and the associated extra organization. Additionally, formalities can be quickly and efficiently managed online.

Treatment Contract

You will then receive from us a service and fee agreement. Upon your consent, the treatment contract becomes effective.

Online Consultation

For the examination, we will contact you via Arzt-direkt App. This application is user-friendly and has proven to be very practical in everyday use.

You will receive a link to access the appointment, leading you to a virtual waiting room. For a smooth process, you need a PC or laptop with internet access, a webcam, and a microphone.

Examination Procedure

The entire diagnostic process is divided into three parts:

• Initial Part::
  This involves a personal medical examination to understand your symptoms, any accompanying conditions, and potential differential diagnoses, followed by a diagnostic interview.
• Second Part:
  Evaluation of questionnaires, including self-reports, medical briefs, and prior diagnoses.
• Final Discussion:
  This also occurs online in a personal setting. Here, the examination results are discussed, and you will receive expert medical advice on therapeutic treatment options. You will also receive a specialist medical report and an invoice for the agreed-upon fee.

This comprehensive and structured approach ensures a meticulous evaluation, leading to an accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment recommendations.

Transparent Discussion of Costs

Billing and Insurance Information:
Our diagnostic and counseling services cater to those with private health insurance or self-payment. Please consult with your health insurance provider beforehand as these services are generally reimbursable.

Invoicing:
You’ll receive an invoice for our services, which must be settled accordingly. Billing is based on the Fee Schedule for Doctors (GOÄ) and reflects the specific effort and services provided. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we cannot offer a binding cost estimate in advance.
